Its
summer in Las Vegas and the sun is breathing down on our necks with all its
might!! It’s also that time of the year where everybody just lazes around. But
it is also the time when the all famous Pool Parties of Las Vegas start!!! Every
man, woman, child, teenager, wants to be at these parties to beat the heat .The
Las Vegas pool party season is now underway for 2013, attracting visitors from
around the world to the famous all day parties hosted in some of Las Vegas’
biggest and best hotel and casino pools.
The
pool party concept in Las Vegas is in its 10th year this year and the number of
parties grows each year as they become more and more popular.
There
are many clubs that host these kind of parties (Ditch Fridays, Encore Beach Club, Liquid, Rehab, Tao Beach, Wet Republic to name some) and it is a must to attend it at least once.
The atmosphere is great along with drinks making it altogether more enjoyable. Las
Vegas Pool Parties are always top notch.
That’s why people all over the world come to attend these parties.
These
parties are brought alive by guest DJ’s like Dj wellman, Dj shift etc . The season of these amazing Las Vegas pool parties is
from March to September.
One
more exciting feature of these parties is the cabanas; these cabanas have and
will keep attracting guests from all across the globe. Thousands of individuals
that come here are primly attracted towards these cabanas because they get to
spend time with their loved ones along with some privacy.
Before
setting off to one of the coolest pool parties in Vegas, it’s worth
keeping a few things in mind that will make or break any experience. Pool
parties are nightclubs rather than run of the mill hotel pools, entrants need
to be at least 21 years old to gain entry and won’t get to do much poolside
relaxing. Guests also can’t get in for free just because they are staying at
the hotel. They are completely separate events. There is still a dress code,
although this is more bikinis and Bermudas rather than a shirt and tie.
Unfortunately, queues start at around 8:00 AM in the morning for 10 – 11 am
entry. It is worth getting there early as once capacity is reached, no more
people will be allowed in due to strict health and safety laws. The only way to
avoid the very long queues is to go VIP!!!!A Few tips Before you go:Know before you go... and get wet... and do things you will regret on the plane back home on Monday morning.
1. Cabanas Are Expensive. This kind of goes without saying, but just in case you thought you might be able to "get a deal" or "score a comp," cabanas are prohibitively expensive, especially on the weekends and even more so at one of the pool parties listed above. Check our list of going rates for cabanas in case you want to budget out just how much you can spend. While a cabana at Encore Beach Club during the weekend can cost up to $3,000, the cabanas at the small pool atNew York, New York start at just $200.
2. So Is Everything Else. If you want special poolside treatment, you're going to have to pay for it. From daybed rentals to inflatable raft rentals to even just reserving a couple of chairs early in the morning, it will cost you. That's just for hotel guests. If you want to party at a hotel pool but you aren't a guest, break out your wallet. Oh, and don't even get us started on the price of drinks. One way around this is to book a room package offered through the hotel as most of those will throw in a raft rental or a 2-for-1 drink special or another kind of poolside F&B credit.
3. Watch Your Stuff. Aside from making sure you or your friends don't get too drunk and decide to have "who can hold their breath the longest" contests underwaters, you also need to protect your belongings while you're in the pool. We've rounded up several good poolside safety tips here, with the number one rule being don't bring cash to the pool. Just charge everything to the room.
4. Hydrate. We know it's hard to remember while the beats are pumping, the booties are bumping and everyone is humping, but don't forget to sip on some water, too. After all, this is the desert. And, it will help you avoid a hangover or at least lessen it. Just remember to use the bathrooms at the pool, not the actually pool itself, when nature calls.
5. Be Discreet. If you went to a pool party in Vegas and didn't hook up, we'd wonder what was wrong with you. That said, please don't try to put P into V while in the pool. Or, if you've got a cabana, close the curtains. Otherwise, make good use of that hotel room key and disappear upstairs for a little while. Don't have a hotel room and need to get it on? Try one of these five places.
